Community Advocates for Sustainable Energy is sponsoring our Third
Renewable Energy and Sustainable Living Fair
Saturday, October 20th
10 am – 4 pm
Doane Stuart School
199 Washington Ave, Rensselaer, NY 12144

This is a one- stop shopping event for information and products about renewable energy and living a more sustainable life. There will be food and children’s activities in addition to displays and information on renewable energy and sustainable living. Workshops on a variety of topics will also be offered. This event is free and open to the public with free parking. We had over 300 people attend our first ever Renewable Energy Fair in 2016 and we had close to 500 attend last year, with over 45 vendors selling everything from solar energy to alpaca socks. We also had a very popular electric vehicle show.

This year the fee for businesses is $200 table/space and $35 for non-profits. Registration for a table can be done through this Google Form and payment can be made here. If you have any questions, contact Becky Meier or Bob Connors at 518-781-4686 or email: beckyjmeier@gmail.com

Please help us spread the word through our Facebook event page.

Geothermal Expert, Jay Egg, will be our Keynote Speaker

Jay founded EggGeothermal in 1990 to provide geothermal HVAC systems. As a result of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, EggGeothermal entered into a new age of acceptance.

Jay currently focuses his professional efforts as a renewable energy expert on geothermal energy utility efforts, solar/geothermal exchange implementation, and aquifer related environmental issues, permitting, feasibility & variances or special permitting such as utility – scale geothermal exchange systems. EggGeothermal can assist with feasibility and permitting efforts on unusual or difficult aquifer & surface water applications.

Using down to earth learning patterns, Jay provides technical validation and insightful speaking & training engagements. Among his clients are international, federal, state and local governments, developers, associations, and private entities.
